I have been trained by stylists from John Frida, Daniel Galvin, and Nevilles so I fully understand hair. Consultation is key and whether you know exactly what you want, or you need guidance in choosing a style that not only suits you but you can manage yourself at home, together we can choose the perfect look for you.

Colour

Creating the perfect colour for my clients means so much to me.

I pride myself on providing a colour service that results in a stunning colour, but also creating colour that is low maintenance and doesn’t require you to be sat in my chair every few weeks!

I use high-quality products such as Redken, Schwarzkopf and Wella because I believe in great colour and healthy hair.

The hair I don’t colour, is just as important as the hair I do colour, its about creating the perfect blend to create dimension and make the colour pop!

I’m not all about covering every grey hair, but blending them so they go unnoticed and giving you a more natural colour with dimension.

Keratin Treatments

A keratin treatment or as some may know it, the Brazilian blow dry, is designed for someone with frizzy unruly hair. If your hair is resistant and you struggle with blow drying your hair smooth, this treatment is perfect for you.

The treatment lasts approximately 3 months until it slowly washes out of your hair. It will reduce the amount of frizz you have and make blow drying your hair a pleasure and not a chore. It’s not a straightener so you can still achieve movement and body in your hair with ease.

After having this treatment you must use a sulphate-free shampoo for the treatment to last as long as possible.

Hair Extensions

Hair extensions are in such high demand now and there are many different methods of application. It’s important to know what application would best suit your life style and hair type and I pride myself on advising you on the best option to keep your hair healthy.  I use hair that is double-drawn and cuticle correct.

Consultation

During the consultation, the following will be discussed. What type of extensions would better suit your hair type and lifestyle. Colour matching the hair to create a perfect colour blend and discussing length. Checking for any contraindications that may prevent the application of hair extensions.

Nano & Micro Bonds

Nano Bonds are the smallest bonds. Each strand is around 0.8g per bond so are better suited to finer hair as they are less detectable, and lighter. Each strand is attached to a small amount of hair close to the root with a colour matched copper ring.

Micro rings are the same, but slightly bigger usually around 1g per pond. better suited to thicker hair.

With Nano Bonds and Micro Bonds they are applied with no heat or glue and the extensions can be reused  for up to a year if cared for properly. Maintenance appointments are required every 6 weeks and hair will need to be removed after 3 months and rotated and re-applied.

Pre Bonded

Pre-bonded hair extensions are bonded to the hair with keratin and are the strongest method of application. These are better suited to someone who wants a more permanent method. These bonds need to be removed after 3 months and although the hair can be re-tipped and reused, the hair will become shorter after each re-tipping.

Tape

Tape extensions are flatter, great for extra volume and length, but if you need extensions closer to the hair line these will be more visible than other methods.

Tapes need to be moved every 6- 8 weeks.

Consultations

I don’t expect everyone to know exactly what service they need so this what the consultation is for. I will listen to what you want your end result to be and explain the best way to achieve it. It’s important to work out if it will suite your lifestyle. I will also manage expectations if what you want isn’t achievable in one appointment. I won’t compromise the integrity of your hair just to get you to the colour you desire, it’s a marathon, not a race!
