As a self employed stylist, my schedule is my livelihood, and last minute changes have a direct impact on my business.

To keep things fair and manageable, please note the following:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the booked service.
• No shows will also be charged 50% of the service cost.

This policy helps protect my time and income, and ensures I can offer appointments to other clients when spaces open up.
